• Made of chromed steel, the jar rack makes it easy to lift jars out and can be collapsed to save space. Can hold up to 7-quart jars, 9-pint jars, or 12 one-half pint jars.

• The glass lid allows for easy monitoring of the canning process. However, it is not recommended for use in the oven.
